A highly-recognized Napa winemaker sent us this Cabernet Sauvignon to try. They only had 12 cases of this cab left in the cellar…too little for them to bottle and label, but not for us! We snagged every last drop! We are so excited that this winemaker thought to send us this wine to sample, as they consistently produce wines that score in the mid-to-high 90’s, and this wine would typically sell for well over $100/bottle.

Tasting Notes

With legs like Brinkley and soul like Billy Joel, this Cabernet Sauvignon is made for anything from lustful evenings against an urban skyline to an après high in the Himalayas. But, priced so you won't feel guilt enjoying it with a little Netflix and Chill on a Thursday evening in Middle America. Bold, even for Napa, this wine has the body you crave with an incredible tannic finish with just enough spice to leave you wanting more.
